Return Process

  Log into your Blink account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the item you wish to return and click 'Start Return'.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous barcodes.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy while our technicians inspect the device for processing.
